Coilhose Pneumatics N14-25B Coiled Nylon Air Hose, 1/4-Inch ID, 25-Foot Length with (2) 1/4-Inch Swivel Fittings
Price 20.07 - 34.99 USD
The 25" pigtail-style Coilhose Pneumatics N14-25B coiled air (pneumatic) hose has a 1/4" inner diameter (ID), is made of nylon resins, and provides two male National Pipe Taper (NPT) swivel end connections for attaching to air-powered tools and equipment for indoor or outdoor applications. The air hose has a pigtail-style body which self-recoils after extension during use, and it is made out of nylon 11 resin which resists abrasion and has low moisture absorption to help prolong hose deterioration. The air hose"s 1/4" male NPT swivel end connections attach to female-threaded fittings, attachments, or tool connections, while they also reduce hose twisting and kinks. Steel spring guards also provide additional strain relief. The Coilhose coiled air hose comes equipped with brass compression fittings, tube inserts, and hose ferrules for durability in industrial service. It has a maximum working pressure of 185 lb. per square inch (psi) at 70 degrees F, and a temperature range of -40 to 200 degrees F. This coiled air hose is suitable for industrial, contractor, or household use with air compressors, nailers, sprayers, and staple guns, among other pneumatic tools. Air hoses, also called pneumatic hoses, transfer air to or from an air compressor, air tool, or other pneumatic component for inflation or air power purposes. Air hoses have a round shape, hollow centers, and come in two types: straight hose lengths or coiled. Coiled hoses often use softer material, making it suitable for household air compressor applications. Common materials used for air hose construction include flexible yet abrasion-resistant plastics, such as polyurethane and nylon. Air hoses connect to a variety of fittings, including barbed, compression, and push-to-connect fittings to accommodate various applications or to redirect airflow. Air hoses are commonly used to deliver air from compressors and pumps to tires and other inflatable objects, or to transmit compressed air to power pneumatic system components, like air cylinders, and air-powered tools, which include sprayers and nail guns, among others. Coilhose Pneumatics manufactures straight and coiled hoses, couplers, connectors, fittings, filters, regulators, and lubricators for pneumatic tools and applications. The company, founded in 1969, is headquartered in East Brunswick, NY.
