This sets the cover and prepares it for use with clothing, linens, and delicates. Do not to iron clothing and linens on the AirActive ironing board that have stain removers, perfume, or solvents on them. Garments with these things on them need to be washed thoroughly before they are pressed. Always spread a thin cloth over the cover whenever using starch to protect the cover"s steam permeability.
