Then, to measure your pulse, just put your fingers against the sensor pad. It shows your heart rate, the number of steps, distance traveled, plus the approximate amount of calories and fat you’ve burned. Ever take a walk or a jog and wonder how far you went, or how long you ran for? The PPDE60 solves that problem. It also displays your average and maximum speeds and heart rate. You can even set up the target training mode - set a goal for heart rate, distance, time, steps, or speed, and the PPDE60 will notify you when you’ve met your goals. The PPDE60 is also equipped with a stopwatch and clock for measuring time.
