To help ensure foolproof installation, the unit comes with automatic leveling flanges and bar hangers with pre-installed nails, as well as integral T-bar clips for use with suspended ceiling T-grid systems. To accommodate small spaces, the bar hangers can be shortened (no tools required) or removed and repositioned as needed. Best of all, the downlighting fixture"s basic housing makes it easy to create a customized look that will accommodate any decor thanks to the wide variety of trims available (not included). Other highlights include Air-Tite construction that prevents warm-air leakage into the attic, Slide-N-Side wire traps for wiring outside the junction box, die-formed aluminum housing that dissipates heat, and a galvanized-steel plaster frame. Quick Connect wiring connectors are included in the junction box, and the housing can be removed from the plaster frame for junction-box access.
