PRODUCER"S NOTE I first met Anni McCann during a trip she had made to Colorado from her home in Nevada City, California. I was conducting a summer solstice sweat lodge ceremony that she attended. During the ceremony Anni sang the Mother Earth song a cappella and transformed all of us in the lodge to an elevated state of consciousness and spiritual awakening. From that moment on I grew to understand how this beautiful spirit we call Anni so gracefully and humbly holds a most wonderful light and presence of love, and I also knew what a delight it would be to produce her music. I think of Anni"s gift of music as a messenger from the true womanheart, a spiritual gift from her to all of us. We are blessed to have such good womanheart medicine to feed our souls.
