Use the Stamina AeroPilates Head and Neck Support Pillow to brace the natural curve of your neck while you perform Pilates reformer exercises. It will provide comfort, support and postural alignment for reformer exercises while lying on your back. With the reformer headrest in the flat position, place the head and neck support pillow on top of the headrest with the thickest part nearest the carriage so it will be under your neck. Secure it by slipping the elastic band around the headrest, and then move the pillow toward you or away from you until it is comfortable. It has a soft, easy-to-clean vinyl covering with plush padding for extra comfort. Elastic bands hold the pillow in place. NOTE: this head and neck support pillow should NOT be used with all reformer exercises. Do not use it for exercises that require you to lift your hips higher than your head.
