Keenan Farms uses only pistachios that are grown in California San Joaquin Valley which is known as the bread basket of the nation. We use pistachios that have been harvested at the peak of ripeness which is when the shell has split. Our pistachio are dry roasted which brings out the pure pistachio flavor.
