Legs are 1-3/4" square by 15-1/4" long and made of solid hardwood. The apron rails are made of 3/4" thick particleboard with a finished veneer front. Corner blocks have die-formed steel corner bracing. Coffee table meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA standards.
