Diary of an Ex-Child Star follows Peyton Bradford who has been the child star of the #1 sitcom, Family Life, since she was six years old. Now that the show has been cancelled, at age fifteen, her parents have decided to move the family back to their small Maryland hometown. After living a Hollywood lifestyle for her entire life, she must adjust to a new world outside of the spotlight and attend a real high school. Can Peyton accept this change amid all the bullies and gossip and embrace her new life, or will leaving Hollywood be a much greater challenge?
