NOTIONS: Thread, 7/8-yard of 3/4-Inch Wide Elastic, Washable Marker or Masking Tape, Purchased T-shirt and Rick-rack for T-shirt; Skirt A - also 3-yards of Jumbo Rick-rack; Skirt C - Jumbo Rick-rack: 3 1/4-yards of One Color, 8 1/4-yards of Another Color, 4 1/2-yards of Medium Rick-rack; Skirt A, C - Embroidery Floss. SUGGESTED FABRICS: Skirt A, B, C - Cotton, Cotton Blends, Calico; For Strips - 2 1/2-Inch Jelly Roll Can also be used; Skirt C - also Conversational Prints.
