Crema coffee is simply an espresso brewed to fill a regular coffee mug. This produces a much more aromatic and flavorful cup of coffee. As a result of the pressure brewed process (8 to 10 atmospheres of pressure!), the gravity based drip coffee systems simply cannot match.
