The waterproof flat lap/burp pad covers have a top layer of layer of 100% cotton all over quilted pattern for baby"s comfort. The middle layer is made of soft polyester filler and the back is made of 100% waterproof vinyl. Each cover measures 14" X 21". The pad can be machine washed with like colors, use non-clorine bleach when needed.
