Peter Lehmann Stonewell Shiraz is a muscular wine - impenetrable black in colour with a powerful palate of dark chocolate, prunes, liquorice and hints of mint. Fermentation in mainly new French and a small portion of American oak hogsheads, and extended time on skins post fermentation adds greater tannin structure which is integrated seamlessly to create a wine of great stature.
