They are formulated to withstand the rigors of on-road racing. Wheels are not included. FEATURES: Tires are made of a soft/sticky compound (no formula is given). Tires have a directional V-tread pattern similar to a real high per- formance on-road racing tire. The tires have no rubber re-inforcing bands on the inside. Also comes with two large foam inserts, to help tires retain their shape. Can be used on the front or rear of most 1/8 scale off-road buggies.
