In addition to using the oil within the family, he has set aside a limited quantity for discerning customers.The Marqués has fashioned an olive oil that includes many of the different varieties of olives grown at his estate. In addition to buttery Arbequina, tangy Picual, smooth and fruity Hojiblanca, which are common to many Spanish blends, he intermingles oil from his Morisca olives, which are unique to Extremadura, western Spain.
