This wine is from Spain, Murcia region, Yecla sub-region. Founded in 1925 in the town of Yecla, Bodegas Senorio de Barahonda is owned by the Candela family. The estate spans 840 acres and is located in one of the few wine regions in Spain that has been unaffected by phylloxera. Proximity to the Mediterranean provides a maritime climate with little rain - ideal growing conditions for Monastrell, Syrah, Tempranilla and Merlot.
