The centerpiece is an air-filled balloon with attached shimmering prismatic cascades, and a bottom weight. The star shaped balloon measures 14". Simply fill the balloon with air using the enclosed straw, then attach the balloon to the bottom weight. The total height of the centerpiece measures approximately 20" tall. You can also attach a helium filled balloon to the centerpiece weight. The balloon can be refilled.
