The Bagpiper is a Collectable Minifigure released in 2012 as one of the sixteen minifigures from 8831 Minifigures Series 7. He has leg printing of socks, a new Tam o" Shanter cap, a headpiece with serious expression and white eyebrows printed on it, a new kilt part, and a unique printed bagpipe piece.
