The Rap Click Gang wants nothing more than to be "gangsta" rap stars...but they have no talent, no money, and no songs. The group, lead by Money (Peter Ramirez), decides their best bet is to enter their song into a local radio station’s contest to win a recording contract and a hundred grand.
