When his son is captured by two deadly skinheads, rage causes the body of a Tokyo businessman to mutate into a ferocious cyber-gun. Fascinated by this potentially lethal weapon, the skinheads’ leader forces the businessman to undergo bizarre medical experiments. Full mutation soon follows and battles ensue.
