Formed in 1968, Man is a rock band from South Wales whose style is a mixture of West Coast psychedelia, progressive rock, blues, and country rock. Not unlike the Grateful Dead, they are renowned for playing extended jams during their live performances. In the summer of 1983, Man performed at the world famous Marquee Club in London, which at the time celebrated its silver jubilee with a two-day festival of live music. It was after a seven-year hiatus that Man returned to perform live, at this historical event, playing all their anthems.
