A psychiatrist holds a therapy session at her estate to treat a group of teenagers for their fear of clowns. The sessions turns into a nightmare when Snuffles the Clown escapes from the Asylum and joins the group to deal out his own brand of psychopathic therapy. A delusional patient back at the Asylum, known only as Patient X, knows what"s happening but no one will believe her or heed her warnings as she vacillates between insanity and reality.
