Ascension is a double DVD featuring The Chameleons on their 2002 USA tour. Clocking in at three and a half hours, the DVD features more than 30 songs, including "Swamp Thing", "Soul In Isolation" and "Don"t Fall" as well as interview footage and secret tracks. The majority of the footage was filmed over two nights at The Great American Music Hall, San Francisco. The second night features a special "stripped down" set, featuring some rare gems from the band"s extensive back catalogue. The DVD is presented in a CD sized double digi-pack, featuring new artwork by guitarist Reg Smithies.
