This calendar celebrates Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868-1928), a skilled and original artist and designer in a number of different mediums. It showcases his textile designs, his design for a Washstand, paintings such The Lighthouse and even some complementary works by other members of the Glasgow Four: The White Rose and the Red Rose by Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh and a design for a decorative frieze by Frances Macdonald Macnair.
