Connect, First Edition, is a fun, 4-level, multi-skills American English course especially written and designed for young adolescents. Connect Student"s Book 1 is a beginning-level text for students aged 11-15 who are learning English for the first time. It develops speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Tasks provide opportunities for students to share their experiences. High-interest topics motivate them to learn. Student"s Book 1 contains eight units divided into two-page lessons. Also included are eight Learning Logs or self-assessment tests and eight Theme Projects.
