Eden Brown Rice & Mugwort Mochi is made from 98% whole grain sweet brown rice, a variety of sticky rice Oryza glutinosa and 2% prized mugwort. Mugwort is the beneficial herb, Artemisia princeps, that gives this mochi its dark green color. Mochi means "pounded rice cake". Eden Mochi is laboriously multi-step made by steaming the rice then pounding it together with the mugwort herb and shaping it into cakes before natural air drying.
