Baudilio José Díaz Seijas (March 23, 1953 – November 23, 1990) was a Venezuelan professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball as a catcher for the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Philadelphia Phillies and the Cincinnati Reds between 1977 and 1989. Díaz was the first Venezuelan catcher to play in Major League Baseball. Díaz was born in Cúa, Miranda, Venezuela. At the age of 14, he played on a national champion Little League team that missed a trip to the 1967 Little League World Series when an earthquake devastated Caracas. In December 1970, he was signed by Boston Red Sox as an amateur free agent.
