Catalog of Prenatally Diagnosed Conditions (Johns Hopkins Series in Contemporary Medicine and Public Hea)

This book is a catalog of detailed information on approximately 800 conditions that have been diagnosed prenatally. It includes the methods of detecting fetal abnormalities, the abnormal findings, and the published references in which the condition is reported. Conditions are grouped according to related disorders, using a numbering system based on that developed by Victor McKusick for Mendelian Inheritance in Man. The third edition contains approximately 200 new entries and 850 new references. Catalog of Prenatally Diagnosed Conditions will be of interest to research and clinical geneticists, genetic counselors, teratologists, and their students.
