First published in 1912-1914 as a series of magazine articles about Office Trading---short-term operations carried on from a broker"s office and based on interpretation of the ticker tape---"B" describes a methodical and disciplined approach to trade management, providing chapters on the topics of market study and diagnosis, the use of charts, the unit of trading, the trend and the trading swing, limitation of losses, and the study of individual stocks. He includes examples of his own trading statistics and adds graphs to illustrate key concepts. This edition was compiled from the articles in the magazine series and incorporates selected updates and revisions from the book versions of 1915 and 1917, as well as additional descriptive material by "B" and graphs of key stock prices and market indexes.
