The "Explanatory Dictionary of Russian School and University Jargon" has over 5,000 words and phrases used by modern schoolchildren ad university students. The dictionary contains phraseological units, proverbs and slang. Each entry contains grammatical and stylistic characteristics, as well as the historical etymology. Examples are provided from newspapers and magazines, internet sources and information gathered from questionnaires given to schoolchildren.
