New Fowler Proficiency Listening and Speaking is designed to prepare students for the listening and speaking sections of the revised Cambridge Proficiency examination. The listening and speaking sections of each unit are thematically linked to ensure that students will have revised the essential lexis in the listening tasks prior to using them in the speaking tasks. The majority of units relate to the themes most frequently found in the listening and speaking material used in the examination in recent years.
