Wrapper is a master of fear. His low, deep moan can be heard from beneath his bandages as he slides toward the dance floor on All Hallow"s Eve. Not the greatest dancer, and not even a good singer as his name might imply, Wrapper hopes that by the time he gets to center stage his dreadful moan will have scared off all of the other Noggin Bops.
