This is a fabulous hardcover full-color illustrated book and 2-cds set of fantastic music by Jazz Great, Thelonius Monk. The hardcover book is illustrated by cartoonist Aurel. The two CDs have a total of 40 tracks featuring one CD with Monk and Rhythm Sections recorded from 1947-1952 and the other disc with Monk and Horns recorded from 1944-1953.
