Grinder comes with two plates: Coarse 3/8" and Fine 3/16", a knife, and set of three stuffing tubes: 1/2", 3/4", and 7/8". Heavily tinned and well made for long lasting service. Bolt the grinder head to a sturdy board that can be easily cleaned, then the board can be clamped or screwed to a sturdy bench or table.
