The HTS7001 satellite is a cast aluminum satellite speaker only 7.7" x 3" x 2.4", weighing a little over one pound, but they provide sound equivalent of speakers three times their size. Each satellite speaker contains a 19mm tweeter and two 2" low-frequency drivers which ensure captivating reproduction of sounds ranging from soaring violins, to pop diva solos, to thunderous booms. Engineered to minimize distortion as meticulously as the rest of the KEF Home Theater range, it adds depth and weight to music or movies. Perfect on their own as a pair around a TV or computer, or as an addition to the KHT1505 system to make it a 7.1 configuration.
