Turn the ring at the bottom of the mill in one direction to make the grind finer; turn in the other direction to make it coarser. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. This mill is equipped with Peugeot’s legendary pepper grinding mechanism. Made of case-hardened steel, it has received additional treatment against wear and corrosion. Its double-row of helix-shaped claws grab and crack each peppercorn, before drawing it down to the teeth for the perfect grind. Mill is 6-1/2-inches tall with a chocolate varnished finish.
