The SP-31 is "The Precision Table Pod". It features all metal construction, a 2 way panhead, and 32mm 1-section legs with rubber feet. But its real innovation is a quick height adjustment ring just above the canopy that allows you to simply lift the ring, adjust the height of the center column, then release the ring to lock in the height.
