The 3/8" Utility Strap (Black) is designed to carry small bags, battery packs and other items needing to hang from the neck. It uses 3/4" webbing, quick disconnects and rugged locking swivel clips. The strap is made from neoprene with internal support foam, internal control stretch system and a non-skid surface.
