Plus a pair of shears and a sharpening rod. The included storage block lets you safely organize them for easy access. The knives and shears are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Their forged construction offers durability. With Japanese-style rounded handles, the knives offer a comfortable grip while slicing, chopping or dicing. The handles are made of resin to resist water and heat damage. Hand washing recommended.
