Travels with a Donkey in the Cevennes = Путешествия с ослом. Stevenson R.L.

Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson was a Scottish novelist, poet, travel writer, and essayist. His most famous works are "Treasure Island" and "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." Now he is one of the most translated authors in the world. Written by young Robert Stevenson, "Travels with a Donkey in the Cevennes" is considered a pioneering classic of outdoor literature. Stevenson started the twelve-day track through the wild Cevennes region of France and wrote down the whole way in this story. His only companion for the trip, as you can tell from the title, was a stubborn donkey named Modestine.
