Psychology of Human Migratory Behaviour

Migration is an important social process which is of great importance for the development of societies both in the country generating migration, and in the host country for emigrants. Migrations turned out to be a natural process and an inalienable right of the person to a free choice of the residence, movement, arrangement, employment, realization of the personal potential. Making a decision concerning migration and its realization is a result of migratory behavior. The mental regulator migratory behavior is a migratory set, i.e. the relation to the change of the place and accommodation conditions, depends on a social psychological state of the person or the migratory motivation. This issue is very urgent today. Migratory processes are peculiar to all societies from the most ancient times up to now. Each historical stage predetermines the features of migration connected with the objective operating conditions of society.
