The 2016 edition of Cracking the SSAT & ISEE includes a thorough review of the fundamentals of the Math, Verbal, and Reading sections for both tests. About the tests: The SSAT has 2 levels (Lower: for students entering 6-8th grades; Upper: 9-12th), while the ISEE has 3 levels (Lower: 5-6th grades; Middle: 7-8th grades; Upper: 9-12th grades). Both exams test verbal skills, reading comprehension, and math/quantitative skills, and both have an essay.
