Kazakhstan needs radical modernization of business education: a significant and sustained increase in investment in education, improve the quality and access to the European level in 2020 year.In world practice there are several key management models that take into accountnational and cultural characteristics of states. Thepolar patterns called Japanese and American management model, which during the XX century have proved to be effective. However in modern times on the world stage is put forward another qualitatively new, but at the same time and combines the features of the already known models-Korean model management. Korea and Kazakhstan are similar countries in mentality and worldview. Kazakhstan is home to 100,000 Koreans. The development of the Kazakhstan management with application experience of Korean management is topical issue that requires study.
