The aesthetics in complete denture has always been a matter of debate over the years. Actual tooth size and morphology are addressed in dental literature, but inconsistent information is presented. This work has done retrospection of work aforementioned in the literature for determining the correct size of the anterior teeth. This dissertation thus provides valuable insight on establishing the correct positioning of the anterior teeth in the aedentulous arch. More importantly, achieving optimum aesthetics in aedentulous patients with different skeletal relationships pose challenge to dentist, with this work reader can comprehend the relation between width of the anterior teeth and different facial and dental proportions and expand their knowledge and overcome this challenge.
