This book: Venezuela. Some Current Legal Issues 2014, is the recollection of the National Reports submitted by Venezuelan law professors (A. R. Brewer-Carias, H. Rondon de Sanso, E. Hernandez-Breton; C. Madrid Martinez, A.I, Rondon Garcia; C. Nikken, S. Abache Carvajal) to the XIX International Congress of Comparative Law, held in Vienna on 20-26 July 2014. This edition has been coordinated by professors Allan R. Brewer-Carias and Eugenio Hernandez Breton, of the National Academy of Political and Social Sciences that is the Venezuelan National Section of the International Academy.
