Composing writing goes beyond mere textual/graphic representation of speech or thoughts. It includes the generation of relevant ideas and the meaningful synthesis and textual representation of such ideas. Composing writing becomes even more difficult and challenging for the English as a Second Language (ESL) learner/writer.
