Amidst the assault of eighties hard rock metal bands Bang Tango joined the battle rather late, yet managed to distinguish themselves from the pack with a batch of chic, but cheeky albums. The San Diego act debuted with a live album entitled 'Live Injection' containing a spin on Hanoi Rocks’ 'Futurama'. Their brand of Gothic infused Glam instantly caught on, especially in Europe. Over the years Bang Tango have come and gone in various different guises and in 2004 released a new album.
