Flip-Flop the penguin wants nothing more than to be able to fly. He makes himself wings, but they don"t help. Neither do his helicopter cap, snow airplane, or balloon. When his pal Polar Bear pushes him down their favorite slide, Flip-Flop unexpectedly lands in the sea. Suddenly he finds he can do something that"s a lot like flying--he can swim, and beautifully too!
