One of the very last of Blaise Cendrars" important oeuvre, Films without Images includes three historical radio plays written in collaboration with Nino Frank. These plays, Gilles de Rais, Sarajevo, and The Divine Aretino, can also be regarded as novellas in dialogue form, published between 1954 and 1959.
