Carbon Dioxide Storage in Unconventional Underground Reservoirs: A Laboratory Study Approach

This book is based on laboratory researches that studied the possibility of using sandstone, shale, oil-sand and kaolin reservoirs as candidate carbon dioxide storage. It considered the effects of the Carbon dioxide gas storage on the reservoir porosity and permeability and also the effects of the gas storage on the properties of the formation fluids and drilling fluids being used in adjacent reservoir.
